Veronika Cmolikova, MPT

Veronika qualified with a Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy in 2010 from Charles University, 2nd School of Medicine.  After qualifying as a physiotherapist, she took on a clinical role at the Physical Rehabilitation Clinic at University Hospital Motol.  Where she held clinics at both the inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation departments for adults, treating people with various types of orthopedic, neurological and post-traumatic diagnoses, including functional musculoskeletal problems.  Working at the teaching hospital, Veronika was involved in the education of physiotherapy students, lecturing with a focus on functional assessment and practical manual skills.
Since October 2018, Veronika has been holding clinics as a physiotherapist at Professor Kolar’s private Centre of Movement Medicine located in Prague (http://www.cpmpk.cz).  Utilizing the approach of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) for both rehabilitation and the improvement of sports performance, through the training of ideal motor stereotypes of the athlete.
Veronika’s clinical practice with patients has been significantly influenced by the study of Fascial Manipulation according to Stecco, which she has been studying since 2017. Completed both training Level I and II, before progressing to a Masterclass course for solving musculoskeletal problems, and then, in 2020, completed Level III training, which was focused on the treatment of internal dysfunction.
In the clinical diagnosis and treatment of her patients, Veronika currently utilizes the principles of DNS in combination with fascial manipulation.
In 2022, Veronika completed a course in the Application of developmental kinesiology according to Vojta for movement disorders in adults.
Veronika has been involved in the teaching of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) courses since 2011.  As a lecturer, she regularly teaches DNS courses in the Czech Republic and internationally.  She is currently involved in creating DNS educational video programs for group exercises and for patients.

Dr. Morris D. Gasparin, DC

Dr. Morris Gasparin graduated in 1994 from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) with a Doctorate in Chiropractic. Previous to this, he majored in mathematics in his undergraduate studies at the University of British Columbia.
Dr. Gasparin was a lead international instructor with the Motion Palpation Institute (MPI) from 1997-2000. He is a fully certified level 1 and 2 practitioner in Active Release Techniques (ART) as well as Nerve Entrapment and Biomechanics. He is also level 1 and 2 certified in Stecco Facial Manipulation© (FM). Additionally, he has completed courses in Neurodynamics according to Shacklock, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and Level 1 Medical Provider for the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI). Dr. Gasparin has written several articles about Neuromuscular Stabilization, and his YouTube channel has worldwide subscribers.
For four successive years, he worked as a primary care provider for Ironman at the Kona, Hawaii World Championships. Dr. Gasparin is certified in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization by the Prague School of Rehabilitation as an Exercise Trainer, Clinical Practitioner and Paediatric Specialist.
Dr. Gasparin has been in private practice since 1995, utilizing an eclectic approach toward patient evaluation, treatment and rehabilitation. The cornerstone of his practice is based on the philosophies and principles taught by DNS according to Kolar and the Prague School of Rehabilitation.

Exercise 2 Course Objectives

2-Day Course
  • Review of developmental kinesiology in the context of adult optimal posture, sports performance and global motor patterns to enhance outcomes in sport and human movement.
  • Demonstrate exercises in higher developmental positions – tripod, bear, squat, lunge, step up and its modifications & training of body awareness.
  • Demonstrate exercises utilizing the principles of developmental kinesiology with elastic bands,
  • Discuss & demonstrate DNS exercises for specific sport techniques: throwing, jumping, stroke,
  • Students who want to work towards DNS Trainer certification must pass an online test after DNS
  • Exercise course part II, and before taking DNS Exercise course part III.The online test consists of 30 multiple choice questions, 10 picture and 5 video questions. To pass the test the student must answer 32 out of the 45 questions correctly. The student gets a maximum of three attempts to pass the test. Students are recommended to retake DNS Exercise II course and then to take the online test again in case of failing to pass the test on the three attempts. As soon as submitting the test the student receives results by email. Passing the online test is a prerequisite before taking the Practical test at the DNS Exercise Course part III, and being certified as a DNS Exercise Trainer.
